FADO is offering a Valentine's Day Menu heartily designed by the renowned Chef Luis Americo and his team with the beautifully plated courses to please all the senses. The menu includes:
The “Cupid's Garden” is a delicate crab mousse topped appetizer. It is plated with colorful fresh roasted vegetables. Served with the crab mouse is a traditional Portuguese style gazpacho.
The Perfect Sunset-
An exquisite steamed half lobster with a silky butter lemon sauce. Plated with a light and fluffy bed of roasted pine nut rice.
Dancing On The Moon Light-
If lobster is not to your taste then choose “Dancing On The Moon Light”. This dish features a tender slow cooked veal with roasted pumpkin hearts and is served with a rich side of caramelized onions potato mash and sauteed mushrooms to satisfy your taste buds.
Crispy chocolate mousse stuffed with vanilla custard cream and strawberry coulis. A perfect dish to round off your love-filled evening with romance and happiness.
Price: $1,200 per two persons / $680 per person (subject to 10% service charge)
