• The content of the post must align with the hotel’s brand image and must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or infringing material.
• Guests must present a valid proof of consumption and the social media post for verification when redeeming the gift.
• Gifts are available in limited quantities and subject to availability while stocks last. The hotel will not provide additional notice once gifts are fully redeemed.
• Hotel Royal reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hotel Royal shall be final.
